Another element you will find advantageous is our vast contact list of suppliers which allows us to secure materials for you at highly competitive rates. This includes everything required for bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms as well as furniture.
All refurbishment jobs are controlled by a very strict process which includes regular reporting on budget and schedule compliance. If targets are not achieved, our tradespeople know they will not be paid which offers great peace of mind for you.

Report back with the most attractive pricing proposal and schedule

We Agree a start date, organise and agree the project schedule and payment dates.

We manage the entire works from day one reporting to you on a regular basis to save you time, money and hassle

Quality control checks to ensure works have been completed to the highest standards

Both parties sign off the project and organise moving in dates.
